To create a Permit or License on the Portal:

  1. Navigate to the portal:
  2. If you already have a portal account, login. Otherwise, register for a new portal account. Make sure to use an email address you can access.
  3. Click on Services → Permits. Click “Apply Online”.
  4. Follow the application prompts.
  5. Submit your permit.
