Access Control Jobs
- Signature Systems access control scope will always go through FP&C
- UCF IT access control scope will be funded and permitted separately (as it is now) for projects up to $25k
- UCF IT access control scope exceeding $25k will go through FP&C (we’d just add it to the existing Minor Project with Signature Systems)
Camera Installs
- Exterior camera replacements (not new install) above first floor height will require a permit
- Interior camera replacements more than one floor height above will require a permit
- Signature Systems camera installs up to $25k can be permitted directly through BCO
- UCF IT scope will be funded and permitted separately (as it is now) for projects up to $25k
- Combined Signature Systems and UCF IT scope up to $25k could be under 1 permit, pending agreement and MOU with all involved parties
- UCF IT scope exceeding $25k will go through FP&C (we’d just add it to the existing Minor Project with Signature Systems)
- Camera installs exceeding $25k will go through FP&C
